Sephora – Annual Convention
A group of 250 store managers and Sephora HQ staff met in Merano on the 6th and 7th of February for their Annual Convention: two intense and entertaining days of meetings, workshops, and teambuilding activities in the snow.
The convention theme “Top: let’s aim for the peak” echoed throughout the event, starting from the set of the plenary session in the historical Kurhaus: a stage-stairway six metres high and twelve metres wide of great visual impact, illuminated by sixty square metres of LEDs.
In the afternoon, the participants split up into different workshops led by the principal brands sold in Sephora stores, from Dior and Kendo to Shiseido and L’Oréal.
The event concluded with a splendid gala dinner and a live video connection with the Sephora World Convention in Dubai.
